Pattern Making
Have a cutting that you fancy? We are able to customize your pattern according to the sample you provide. Or if you have a set of specifications, we can manufacture accordingly. We have in-house tailors who are experienced in made to measure garments that are constructed to fit each customers individually. Made-to-measure means that the garments will be well-fitted to the customer’s body and the customer may have the opportunity to customize the fabric and detailing. Silkscreen Printing
We do our silkscreen printing in-house. Printing ranges from 1 colour print to full colour. Separation of the colours is done using specialised software to ensure sharp and crisp printing. Printing is done by both machine (end to end printing) and/or manual/hand print (using big blocks) to achieve optimum results.
Embroidery
Our embroidery uses the latest machine that produces precise stitches each and everytime. Embroidery tape is done by professional artist so each artwork is guaranteed to look exactly like the original. Our Tajima 8 Head Embroidery Machines are made in Japan, and is currently one of the best production machines in the market that offers full versatility. Tajima 8 Head Embroidery Machine are small enough to handle small runs but large enough to tackle jobs of any size. From caps, shirts, jackets, blankets or anything that you can get a needle through it, our Tajima Embroidery Machine can embroider it.
Sewing
After the fabrics have been printed or embroidered, they are again labelled and sent to the sewing department where our team of 10 seamstresses with over 20 years of experience will piece together the garments. Years of experience and high quality control ensures that each garment produced meets the standards of our customers.
Made – to – Measure
At Deo Silver, we believe the best fit is essential for any business to look professional. Standard sizes is convenient, but it does not portray a tailored look. As they say, first impression counts. So we give customers the option of “Made-to-order” uniforms. For that personalized touch they deserve.
We do have a minimum order requirement, for tailor to make a trip down. For corporate orders, as long as there is 7 pax, we will meet you at your office.
Sublimation Printing
Advanced printing using environmentally friendly paints, sublimation prints last forever, as it is fully absorbed into the fabric.Not restricted by the size of prints, you can decide to have an ‘all-over’ print design.
