EN ISO 20417:2013 is the international standard for safety requirements and test methods
for high visibility work wear.

By conforming to this standard, the user is capable of visually signaling his/her presence in both day and night conditions, minimizing the chance of mishaps occurring due to overlooking incidence.

There are 3 classes of certification. Certification is based on the surface area of both the fluorescent material and reflective tape.
The table below shows the minimum requirement for each class.
